Our History

In 1991 when Pastor Stroud was simply Mark Stroud, God gave him the vision of Kingdom Rock – a ministry where the word would be taught with passion and simplicity, where people would be loved and accepted; where everyone would be encouraged to have an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. As Pastor Stroud grew in the word himself he taught home Bible studies, held seminars in local churches, and had a radio program under the name of Kingdom Rock Ministries. After serving 8 years as a minister and later associate pastor at Church of Sweet Zion in Bremen, Georgia, Pastor Stroud began to see the vision God gave him come alive.

On Sunday, December 31, 2000 Kingdom Rock Family Worship Center became a reality. The first service was an evening Watch Night service held at the Bremen Food & Clothing Bank (then located at 1063 Pacific Avenue in Bremen). There were three families in attendance. From there we grew in number and eventually moved to a shopping plaza on Business Hwy 27 North in Bremen where we stayed for 2 years. The Lord then moved the ministry back to the Bremen Food & Clothing Bank facility (located at 180 Helton Rd) were it currently remains.
