Sumiko W. Stroud
Sumiko accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at the age of 16. It was then that she began to pray that she would one day marry a man who loved the Lord with his whole heart because she knew that was the only way he could truly love her. That prayer came true. In 1992 she met and married Mark A. Stroud, a native of Atlanta. She and Mark worked faithfully in ministry by teaching at various home Bible studies.
Currently, Sumiko continues to work in ministry with her husband, the founder/senior pastor of Kingdom Rock Family Worship Center in Bremen, Georgia. She handles administrative affairs, teaches the adult Sunday school class, and teaches the New Members Orientation classes. She also serves as the Administrative Director of the Bremen Food & Clothing, a nonprofit organization that provides food and clothing to families in need. Sumiko is active in the community and serves on the board of directors for various community groups.
Sumiko Stroud currently resides in Bremen with her husband and their two children. It is her goal to teach the word of God in such a way that those who hear will understand it and have a desire to know Jesus Christ on a more intimate level.
Sumiko W. Stroud is the daughter of Linda H. Ware and the late James C. Ware, Sr. of Bremen, Georgia. She is a 1992 graduate of Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies. She went on to attend Georgia State University College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 2000. She was admitted to the Georgia State Bar later that same year.
To teach the word of God in such a way that those who hear will understand it and have a desire to know Jesus Christ on a more intimate level.
